|What is the St. Pius X Parents' Association|
The Parents’ Association represent the parents of the pupils of both St. Pius X Boys National School and St. Pius X Girls National School.
We work with the principals of both schools, Mr. Lorcan Coyle (Boys’ School Principal), Ms. Aine Doyle (Girls’ School Principal), their respective staff and the Boards of Management of both schools, to provide a partnership between home and school.
We run a wide range of diverse events throughout the year ranging from the likes of a local inter-school soccer tournament - The Heather Cup - to a large number of extra-curricular classes (including swimming, LEGO, dance and even electronics!). Funds raised through these events are channelled back into both schools. We are also affiliated to The National Parents Council
