|Early Bird Club|
St. Pius X GNS in association with the Parents’ Association offer an Early Bird Club for children attending both St. Pius X Girls & Boys National Schools. It is from Monday to Friday in St. Pius X GNS.
The club provides one hour of supervised fun for children before they start their school day.
Its main purpose is to remove the pressure on parents in the morning and allow the children to relax in a warm environment engaging in activities that include reading, puzzles, watching videos on the interactive whiteboard, music, drawing, colouring, table top activities etc.
Time: 7.45 to 8.45 a.m.
Location: Science Room in St. Pius X GNS
Cost: €5 per child per day for first child, €4 for the second child, €2 for each subsequent child per day. per day.

Important Notes: Monthly advance payments will be made on the first day of each month.
There is a strict no wet food policy in the Early Bird Club, e.g. no cereal with milk, yoghurts etc.
Children are welcome to bring dried snacks and a drink.
Children must be dropped at the door of the Science Room in the GNS. The School accept no responsibility while the children are on the School grounds outside of the Early Bird Club.
No cars should be driven into the School grounds at this time.
2nd to 6th class children will go to their line unsupervised at 8.45 and younger children will be brought to their line.
Parents requiring the service for five full days will be offered a place first.
Missed days in the Early Bird Club are non-refundable.
If you require this service on an ad-hoc basis, you will need to register your child / children first so that all contact & medical information is on file if required.
